PepEngine is a manually curated database containing detailed structural information of synthetic peptides having the non-standard amino acids α, β-Dehydrophenylalanine (ΔF) and α-Aminoisobutyric acid (Aib). Every existent entry in PepEngine provides a synoptic view of peptide's sequence, structure, dihedral Angles etc. The 3D structures of the peptides are modeled based on the experimentally derived torsion angles. The peptide entries can be downloaded either individually or collectively in PDB or SDF formats for independent analysis while the tabular form of the database containing the relevant information can be obtained as a CSV or TXT file. Relevant peptides can be submitted for incorporation into the database via the 'Submit' page using the sample format provided.
